In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jwinqq website accessible at https://jwinqq.cam, including all pages, features, games, and services available therein.
• "Company" or "We" or "jwinqq" refers to the operating entity that holds the international gaming licence under which this Platform is operated.
• "User", "You", or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jwinqq Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate of funds deposited by the User and currently held within the User's Account, net of wagers placed and withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive amount credited to a User's Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before full Account activation, including submission of valid government-issued identification.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which participation in online gambling is explicitly unlawful or where jwinqq is not licenced to operate.

To be eligible to register and use the jwinqq Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session. jwinqq primarily serves users in Indonesia; it is your responsibility to verify local laws in your specific location.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jwinqq or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are opening an Account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect on the jwinqq Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by jwinqq for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jwinqq Platform. Multiple accounts per individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address and active Indonesian mobile number
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Preferred payment method details

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jwinqq will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login information. You agree to notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

jwinqq is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. All Accounts are subject to a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal privileges are activated.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other valid government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or other supported method).

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Blurred, altered, or incomplete documents will not be accepted. jwinqq reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion, including for enhanced due diligence on high-value accounts.

KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Until verification is complete, deposit functionality is available; however, withdrawal requests will be held pending verification clearance.

All financial transactions on the jwinqq Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jwinqq does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the following approved payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for bank transfers, though e-wallet transaction caps may apply based on your wallet verification tier.

Deposits are typically reflected in your Wallet Balance within five (5) minutes during normal banking hours. Off-hours bank transfers may take longer due to interbank settlement windows. jwinqq is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are subject to the following processing times by VIP tier:

• Bronze Members: Within 24 hours during business days
• Silver Members: Within 12 hours, priority queue
• Gold Members: Within 15 minutes (09:00–21:00 WIB)

jwinqq reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. During such checks, processing times may be extended beyond the standard timeframes stated above.

jwinqq offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this clause and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount (e.g., a Rp 1. 000.000 bonus requires Rp 20.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Specific promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; slot games contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%; and table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute as low as 10%, depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple registrations to claim the same bonus constitute fraud and will result in termination of all associated accounts.
• jwinqq reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or where required to do so by its licencing obligations.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

By placing any wager on the jwinqq Platform, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or market you are betting on. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, AFF Championship, and other covered competitions — are subject to our sports betting rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out; a void selection reduces the accumulator but does not make the bet a winner.

In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. jwinqq reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, for example during significant match events or in the event of a data feed interruption.

7.2 Togel

All togel markets operate on official draw results published by the respective lottery administrators (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). Results are final once officially published. Disputes regarding draw results are not accepted.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or other certified providers). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server logs. jwinqq is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

7.4 Slots & RNG Games

All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game. Progressive jackpot wins are subject to additional verification before payout.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jwinqq Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of any other person, or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors or pricing errors for systematic financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity, or using the Platform to launder money.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction after placing wagers with the deposited funds.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any abusive, threatening, or defamatory content via any communication channel provided by jwinqq.

All content available on the jwinqq Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, text, images, audio, video, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of jwinqq or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from jwinqq.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.
• Use any jwinqq trademark or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies an endorsement or affiliation not authorised by jwinqq.

Your use of the jwinqq Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and jwinqq. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time at jwinqq.cam/privacy-policy.

jwinqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools, which are available to all registered users at no cost via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During exclusion, your Account is frozen and no marketing communications will be sent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jwinqq, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licencees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, platform downtime, or data feed failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jwinqq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Wallet Balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 1.000.000, whichever is lesser.

Either you or jwinqq may terminate your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money Wallet Balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by jwinqq: jwinqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or collusion
• Regulatory or licencing requirements that necessitate account closure
• At jwinqq's sole discretion, where continued operation of the Account is deemed not in the best interests of the Platform's integrity

In cases of termination due to fraud or breach, jwinqq reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Wallet Balance pending investigation and to recover any losses sustained as a result of the prohibited conduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jwinqq holds its international gaming licence. The application of any other jurisdiction's laws — including Indonesian domestic law — is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by applicable conflict-of-laws rules.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and jwinqq, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The majority of concerns are resolved at this stage within 72 hours.

If informal resolution is not achieved within fourteen (14) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

jwinqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email (to the address on file) at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For minor or non-material changes, we may update the Terms immediately with notice posted on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jwinqq Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date.

We recommend that you review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision date.
